1. Enrollment Policy
- Enrollment in the 9-Week Alignment Online Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Upon purchase, participants gain immediate access to all course materials.
- Enrollment is non-transferable; sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
2. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase to access the Program.
- The Program is a one-time purchase and does not include recurring fees.
- Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once access is granted.
- In the event of a technical issue preventing access, please contact support for assistance.
4. Access & Course Completion Policy
- The Program is self-paced, allowing participants to start and complete it on their own schedule.
- Lifetime access to course materials is provided unless otherwise stated.
- Participants are encouraged to complete each module sequentially for optimal results.
5. Intellectual Property Policy
- All Program content, including videos, documents, and supplementary materials, remains the intellectual property of EvokeMovement.
- Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of Program content is strictly prohibited.
- Participants may use the materials for personal development only.
6. Privacy & Data Protection Policy
- Personal information provided during enrollment is protected under our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share, sell, or distribute participant data to third parties.
- Participants may opt in to receive updates, newsletters, and exclusive content via email.
7. Health & Safety Policy
- The Program includes physical exercises; participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own health and safety.
- It is advised to consult a healthcare provider before engaging in any new movement-based practices.
- EvokeMovement is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.
8. Community Guidelines & Conduct Policy
- Participants must engage respectfully in any online community or discussion spaces associated with the Program.
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the community without refund.
- Constructive discussions and a supportive environment are encouraged.
9. Technical Support Policy
- While we strive to provide seamless access, occasional technical issues may arise.
- Participants should ensure they have a stable internet connection and compatible device.
